Monday 9am, ease into the week yoga, this is a mellow class via Zoom

Tuesday 9am, strong vinyasa flow, in person and via Zoom

Wednesday evening, 18.30 Slow Flow, in person and via Zoom

Thursday 9am, Slow flow via Zoom

Thursday 1pm, Lunchtime Yoga, in person

Friday, strong vinyasa flow via Zoom

Booking is essential for in person sessions and can be made here
