During this period of self isolation all of my classes are on-line via Zoom.
I am teaching a one hour class each morning, Monday - Friday, at 9am.
Monday, ease into the week yoga, this is a mellow class
Tuesday, strong yoga flow
Wednesday, back to basics yoga class with a longer (20-30 minute) relaxation/nidra
Thursday, keep it simple, calming yoga with emphasis on breath and pranayama
Friday, strong yoga flow.

Private yoga sessions are available on request, via Zoom.
