During this period of self isolation all of my classes are on-line via Zoom.
I am teaching a one hour class each morning, Monday - Friday, at 9am.
Monday, ease into the week yoga, this is a mellow class
Tuesday, strong vinyasa flow
Wednesday, peak pose
Thursday, Slow flow
Friday, strong vinyasa flow.
