Chair yoga is suitable both for older people and for those with physical limitations that means a full mat yoga class may not suit them. Perhaps you have an older relative or friend and are looking for something to do together.

The sessions will be on Wednesdays, from 1pm- 2pm via the on-line platform Zoom.
